Delivery Methods and Delivery Times:

European Union:

Standard delivery (jewelry and small items): 8 EUR - 5-10 business days
Express delivery (jewelry and small items): 18 EUR - 3-5 business days
Standard delivery (glassware and bottles): 12 EUR - 7-12 business days
Express delivery (glassware and bottles): 28 EUR - 5-7 business days

USA and Canada:

Standard delivery with prepaid duties: 20-45 EUR depending on the item - 10-15 business days

Rest of the world:
Standard delivery with prepaid duties: 22-50 EUR depending on the item - 12-20 business days

Order Tracking: All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which will be sent to your email once your package has been dispatched.

Packaging: All products are carefully packed in protective materials. Glassware and fragile items receive additional protective packaging to ensure safe delivery.

 

Processing Time: All items are handmade to order. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for preparation before shipping.
